5-Day Deep into the Desert Moments

Day 1 – Arrival in Windhoek & Transfer to Sossusvlei

Arrive in Windhoek, Namibia’s capital, and enjoy a scenic drive to the world-famous Sossusvlei — home to some of the tallest dunes on Earth. Upon arrival, unwind by the pool with a refreshing cocktail as the sun sets over the desert, painting the sky in deep shades of orange and gold.

Day 2 – Discover Sossusvlei & Deadvlei

Rise early to witness the magical sunrise over Sossusvlei and Deadvlei, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the dramatic landscapes of ancient clay pans surrounded by towering red dunes, and capture unforgettable photos of this surreal desert wonder. Return to your lodge to relax and soak in the serenity of the Namib.

Day 3 – Journey to Swakopmund

After breakfast, depart for the coastal town of Swakopmund, where the desert meets the Atlantic. On arrival, gear up for an exciting afternoon of quad biking and camel rides across the dunes — an exhilarating way to experience the coastal desert.

Day 4 – Sandwich Harbour Adventure & Catamaran Cruise

Today promises a perfect mix of thrill and relaxation. Start your morning with a 4×4 Sandwich Harbour excursion, driving through towering dunes where the desert dramatically meets the sea. Pass the pink salt lakes and the Walvis Bay Lagoon, a haven for flamingos and other birds. Enjoy a scenic picnic before heading to the harbour for a catamaran cruise — complete with fresh oysters, snacks, and sparkling drinks as dolphins play alongside the boat.

Day 5 – Departure

Enjoy your final breakfast by the coast before your transfer. Depart with beautiful memories of Namibia’s striking contrasts — from desert silence to ocean breeze — a true journey deep into the heart of nature.
